At the Park City LiVe Well Center we have a team of providers and clinicians who are experts in helping people make sustainable behavior changes to improve their health. Through physician consults, physical activity programming, nutrition consults, yoga and mindfulness services, patients develop the skills to adopt healthier habits and manage existing chronic conditions.
Through our health and wellness services we can help you identify areas where you can make the biggest impact on your health. Our team of wellness and fitness experts will motivate, educate, and inspire you to get well, stay well and live well for your lifetime.
I had been in a “traditional” OB/GYN practice of 15 years when I continually observed that many of my patients did not feel “well” as many underlying issues and conditions were not addressed. This observation, combined with the data that 80-90% of chronic illness can be treated and prevented with lifestyle modalities, led me to pursue a fellowship in Integrative Medicine. I am trained in diet/food as medicine, mind-body medicine, supplements, botanicals, exercise prescriptions and alternative health systems including Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I will be working as part of a multidisciplinary Integrative Medicine team at the Park City LiVe Well Center. Our team includes registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, acupuncture provider, and massage therapists.
